Holiday Shopping: Treat Yourself!

Let’s be honest. You’re scrolling through page after page of gift ideas on the old t-internet, and you’re bound to come across some items you’d love for yourself.

Here’s a question. Have you worked hard this year? Were you a decent person? If so, why not treat yourself to a little holiday gift this year? Whether it’s actually the winter holiday season, an upcoming birthday, or just a milestone that you want to celebrate, we all deserve to treat ourselves every now and then. Here are some ideas I’ve pulled together for you well-deserving ladies.

One Swimsuit to Rule Them All

Have you ever, and I mean ever, seen a swimsuit that gets 5-star reviews from over 1,500 people? Exactly. This stunning red and white polka dot one-piece gets rave reviews from women of all shapes and sizes. Mine arrived a couple of weeks ago and I ADORE it, and I’m not someone who loves being in a swimsuit – not by a mile – yet I’m pumped to wear it on my 30th birthday weekend with the hubs. Why not join me and treat yourself with a little body love in this stunner?

Inspirational Notebook

I love a good notebook, particularly one that reminds me that I’ve got this! I’m also a big fan of spiral-bound notebooks, as someone who likes my notebooks to lay flat, fold over, etc. And, let’s be honest, this one is just adorable!

Arm-Knitted Chunky Wool ANYTHING

You guys… I’m kind of obsessed with arm knitting right now. A blanket or a wrap like this would make me feel teeny tiny, and what woman doesn’t mind feeling delicate? Until I figure out how to do my own knitting – or find the patience for it – there are shops like this that make these creations at affordable prices.

I’m With Her

In times like these, it feels like we have to be even more loud and proud about being a feminist. Should anyone ever debate with me over where I stand on human rights or politicians, it’ll be written in faux-gold across my chest.

Adorable Pillowcases

I’ve always been an IKEA girl when it comes to bedding, but artsy pillowcases are a cheap, fun way to add some personality to your bedding.

Dream of Being a Blogger? Make That a Reality

Blogging isn’t easy, but it’s one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done for myself. It can be overwhelming when you’re starting out (or when you’re in the middle of it), but I’ve always found that the ProBlogger resources have been a godsend. This year I bought the virtual ticket to their conference in Australia (sadly I couldn’t afford to fly around the world for it), but you get incredible value for money. Your ticket gets you lifetime access to BOTH the 2015 and 2016 events, including every session, which you couldn’t even attend in person, the audio recordings and the slides to presentations. 2 years of conference material? That’s well over 50 hours of knowledge goodness from the top bloggers around the world.

If you’ve considered becoming a blogger, this is the best gift you can make to yourself. I’m personally learning a ton from the virtual ticket, and I wish I’d bought it sooner!

Be A Renegade

For a while, I’ve been dreaming of the Stella and Dot Renegade bracelet. I mean, come one, this is what badass chicas wear, am I right? A little spike, a little bling, this beauty can jazz up any outfit, be it for partying or even the office. It’s definitely on my treat yo’self list!

So, these are just a few ideas to help you with your holiday shopping this year, especially if you’re stuck for ideas! If you’ve missed out on the previous lists, check them out below.
