Lucy Wyndham-Read is on a mission to get the world fit, and with over 13 million views of her 800+ YouTube workout videos to date, she’s on her way to achieving that goal. I first heard of Lucy through the popular daily YouTube vloggers the SacconeJolys when Lucy was training Anna. I was so impressed that Lucy had put together a training that was quick and powerful, as I definitely felt the burn in only ten minutes.
Exploring Lucy’s YouTube channel, I discovered hundreds of videos (now over 800) that Lucy was providing to the world for FREE, ranging from 3-20 minutes, and I found myself doing her workouts far more often than I was ever able to get to the gym.
In my interview with Lucy, we talk about her experience joining the army at 17, the tragic loss of her fiance and what it has taught her, the difficult road to get to where she is today, her stance on body image, and so much more.
