So what I wanted to do today was a bit of a prelude to meditation. Let’s be honest, meditation can be hard for people. What I truly want is for you to connect to your body, to loosen those muscles and feel what you’re feeling.
To do that, today I’m going to lead you in a five minute body scan. You can download this and come back to it any time. Please don’t be driving! Find somewhere comfortable and quiet and get cozy.
