I’ve been dealing with it myself – as it turns out, I was having all sorts of skin issues that were stress related, but changing certain things in my diet to support gut health have made a tremendous difference.
That’s why I wanted to have Geri Araus of GA Nutrition join me today to talk about her own health journey, the connection between stress and the gut, the foods to support gut health, and much more.

The gut is rightly called the second brain. You have very correctly established the relationship between our gut and stress. We all have felt an upset stomach during stressful situations. I remember rushing off to the bathroom frequently during exams. We manage stress better, our stomach would be healthier and we will stay safe from lots of diseases.
