It’s safe to say as someone who constantly interviews badass women, that I have a dream list of interviewees. Whoopi Goldberg. Catherine Reitman (hey hey Workin’ Moms!). And… Komal Minhas.
If you haven’t heard of Komal before, you’re in for a treat, because she’s one of the smartest, most courageous women I know. An Alberta girl, Komal is the producer of the documentary Dream, Girl about female entrepreneurship. She’s the founder of KoMedia, and recently launched kaur.space – media for women that focuses on work, wellness and impact.

In this interview we talk about why the year Dream, Girl came out was one of the best and worst of Komal’s life, and how she now prioritizes her health above all else.
Komal also shares her top advice for women in their careers and businesses so that you can maintain your vibrancy and avoid burnout.
