I first met Shawna Curry through ATBx. It was mid-way through our program and the organizers brought in Shawna to do a little session on… stress reduction! As a Stress Reduction Coach I geek out on learning from others, particularly those with different backgrounds. Shawna is an RN, the owner of Health Redesigned, a health coach, a bestselling author and more, and I gained a lot of value from that session. Having her come on the podcast was a no-brainer.
