Today on the podcast we have a super special guest – my sister-in-law, Lyndsey Farmer. Lyndsey is a childcare professional who specializes in the 3-5 age group, and has worked with kids of all ages in previous roles.

I wanted to bring Lyndsey on specifically for the parents, because this is a super challenging time for parents and for our children. We start by talking about how she got into childcare, how to talk to kids about COVID-19, mental and physical well-being, how to engage your kids during this time, as well as the value of outdoor play for both children and adults.
We talk about the challenges of managing stress around your kids, but Lyndsey shares some great strategies to manage it. Scroll down for more resources on activities to keep kids busy during COVID-19.
Or listen on Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, Spotify, Google Play or Podbean.
Make sure to follow Lyndsey on Twitter for plenty of ideas on how to keep your kids busy and active!
