Happy 100th episode everybody! This feels like a major milestone for me and I’m celebrating in a BIG way.

Before we get into that, I wanted to have a very special guest on today’s episode. Stephanie Pollock, coach, podcaster, speaker, was my very first guest. I’m so honoured to now call her a friend, and I couldn’t think of a better person to have on the 100th episode!
