Podcast Episode 12: Failing to Prepare is Preparing to Fail

My voice is… kind of back? Regardless, the podcast must go on and I’m raring to get to our exciting interviews, which means we have to whip through the next 9 days.

Today is all about the importance of preparation in reaching your goals. How can you prepare physically, mentally, domestically, in order to achieve your dreams? What can you do today to set yourself up for tomorrow?

Obviously we talk meal prep, because… life. You can make it simple and just cook doubles of everything you make, then freeze individual portions, or you can get fancy with these delicious Tasty videos.

My favourite a-ha moment for productivity has been in preparing on a Friday to have a successful Monday. It takes two minutes, but before I leave I make sure to write down a list of my Monday/Tuesday priorities. That way I can ignore the Monday-zombie phase and get started with a bang.
