Today we are talking all about JOY!
Let’s be honest, it can be incredibly hard to achieve your goals and your dreams, so it is vital that we find ways to enjoy the journey.
Day 2 Challenge
1) Write down a list of everyday ways that you can experience joy, like my list above.
2) Create a list of joyful activities that require a little bit more effort. For example, this could be going out for coffee with a friend, going for a hike, cooking a special meal, watching a comedy special, having friends over to watch the Bachelor, you name it, it’s yours list.
3) Make a plan! For this week, I want you to incorporate daily joy, and I want you to plan at LEAST one special joyful activity. Remember, it doesn’t have to be big, but a simple coffee with a friend can make an immense difference to the mood of your week.
4) Share the big, the small and the in-between joyful moments with me on social media. Tag @girltrieslife and use the hashtag #girltrieslife21 so that I can see what you’re up to and give you a little motivation.
