I am so pleased to be joined this week by my badass sister-in-law, Tara Scott. Not only do I look up to Tara as a parenting guru (she’s had many a phone call from me in distress or in the midst of toddler chaos), but in this episode she talks about the parenting values that she and my brother strive for.
But the core of the episode is all about discovering your authentic self. Tara discusses her journey to realizing she is bisexual and what that has or hasn’t changed about the way she lives her life.
We talk about her work with The Lesbian Review and her podcast Les Do Books, how she approaches reviews and how she has brought her skills in marketing to her reviewing.
Finally, we talk about what introverts bring to the table as managers in medium and large organizations.
